The Gobi Development Budget Comparison creates data lists of economic and infrastructure expenditures from the national and provincial budgets in all 14 soums (counties) and the provincial capital of Umnugovi Aimag (province) during the period of 2008-2012. There are several paramters to choose from including budget type (provincial vs. national), expense category (general type of expense), and display method of expenses (absolute vs. per capita). Note that totals and summed subtotals may not exactly match due to rounding.
